Webinar May 26, 2026
Employee engagement has stagnated for decades, and turnover remains a core challenge for organizations large and small. After 1,000 interviews with professionals planning to leave their jobs, we identified what causes someone to feel like their work is no longer a fit and how they define what progress means in their unique context. Participants in this webinar will learn:
- A framework for understanding 'progress' from the perspective of an employee. Hint: it's not about pay, benefits, or titles.
- A look at common quests for progress that employees move through and how to help meet them where they are.
- Tools and ideas to empower managers and company leadership to prevent engagement and turnover risk before it starts.
