Eldon Gale
Eldon K. Gale is a seasoned HR leader with more than three decades of progressive experience spanning talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce development, and organizational culture. He currently serves as the Associate Director of Workforce Readiness for Salt Lake SHRM, where he helps bridge the gap between emerging talent and employer needs through strategic community partnerships, career‑readiness programming, and inclusive hiring initiatives.
Most recently, Eldon supported People Operations at SoFi, strengthening employee experience and operational consistency during a period of rapid organizational growth. He now brings that same people‑centric approach to his work recruiting for Dura‑Line, an Orbia company, a global leader in conduit and digital infrastructure solutions. His work at Dura‑Line focuses on building strong manufacturing teams, elevating workforce capability, and supporting safe, high‑performance operations.
Earlier in his career, Eldon held impactful leadership roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Kelly Services, Intel, and IHC Health Plans, earning a reputation for relational intelligence, gentle but effective leadership, and audience‑sensitive communication. He has supported major employers such as Marriott and Easton‑Bell Sports, consistently elevating retention, training outcomes, and employer branding.
A mentor at heart, Eldon has guided hundreds of professionals through career transitions, résumé refinement, and interview preparation. His approach blends strategic observation with practical empowerment, helping individuals grow in confidence and capability. He has also served extensively in community and faith‑based leadership roles, coordinating support networks, facilitating group learning, and strengthening belonging.
Eldon holds a Human Resources Management certification from the University of Utah and an associate degree from LDS Business College. His contributions have been recognized with honors including Mentor of the Year and a Lifetime of Service award.
