Monthly Development Seminar Sponsorships and Membership Directories

$1,000 Exclusive Monthly Development Seminar Sponsorship includes:

Exclusive sponsorship of one monthly seminar
5 minutes of presentation time, prior to the start of regular seminar business, to inform seminar attendees about your product or service
Option to hang banner with Sponsor name/logo, if provided by Sponsor
Placement of hyperlinked Sponsor logo on SLSHRM homepage for one month prior to seminar date
Announcement of sponsorship and hyperlink to Sponsor web page or e-mail address included in seminar reminder email blast to SLSHRM members
Placement of Sponsor marketing/informational materials and/or items (brochures, flyers, pins, etc.) on seminar tables/chairs, in foyer, and on registration table
One copy of the printed SLSHRM annual membership directory
Two meals at seminar included

SLSHRM Member attendance at luncheons averages 150 persons

Marketing space on tables and chairs at monthly seminar will be reserved exclusively for those who sponsor a seminar. Exceptions include materials used by the workshop or seminar presenter, materials relating to SLSHRM business, or other materials specifically cleared by the SL SHRM Board. Exclusive placement does not extend to the “Community Table” (see below).

*Submission of a request form and check constitutes an offer for exclusive seminar sponsorship, which, along with the specific content of any presentation, signage, and marketing/informational materials and items, are subject to acceptance and approval by SHSHRM in each instance. Approval of a request for exclusive seminar sponsorship does not constitute an endorsement of the Sponsor by SLSHRM.

Membership Directory:

Printed or electronic directories of SLSHRM Membership Cost: $300.00. Directory cost is for single, one-time use only.

SLSHRM reserves the right to deny the sale of the membership directory to any organizations or individuals, for any reason.
