• The best way for diversity training to occur is through a format that is behavior and skilled based in nature
• No consensus on a definition of diversity, depends on the objectives and values of each organization
• Training must start with objectives to be achieved

• HRCI credit may be available if training is given in the full, three hour session format, but the credit needs to be negotiated with HRCI.
