Why Join Salt Lake SHRM?




Membership Information: 

If you would like to join the Salt Lake Society for Human Resource Management Chapter, please click here or if would like to learn more, please contact our Director of Membership. Guests are welcome to attend any Salt Lake SHRM luncheon for a $30 charge, which is applied to membership fees if you join within 60 days.

National SHRM Membership Requirement:

Based on our affiliation with National SHRM as a 100% Chapter, all local chapter members must also be members of National SHRM.  National SHRM membership is $190 a year.  To become a National SHRM member, click here.

Salt Lake Chapter

As a national member, your local membership fee is $175 and includes Professional Development Meetings, discounted registration on our annual Talent Management Conference and Employment Law Seminar, online access to the membership directory, voting and board membership rights. Salt Lake Chapter Pay As You Go Membership

As a national member, you also have an option of the "Pay As You Go" fee of $50. This includes discounted registration on our annual Talent Management Conference and Employment Law Seminar, online access to the membership directory, voting and board membership rights. Pay As You Go Members can attend the Professional Development Meetings at an additional cost of $25 per luncheon. To register to become a Pay As You Go Member, click here.

Buddy Passes

Current chapter members may be allowed to bring different guests to our monthly meetings free of charge. Requirements include the "buddy" being a national SHRM member, an HR practitioner, and each guest can only use the buddy pass once. Five buddy passes will be given to each of our Professional Development Meetings (not including the Talent Management Conference nor the Employment Law Seminar). Once the five slots have filled up for the month, no more buddy passes will be allowed.
